Number The Brave - 1980

After a 10 year stint with the band, founding member Martin Turner has called it quits, for the time being anyway. Martin is replaced by John Wetton for the recording of "Number The Brave". John's driving funky bass really moves this album along, keeping Andy, Laurie and Steve on their toes. Addition background vocals from Claire Hamill set this album apart from anything Wishbone had done to date. This was to be their last studio album for MCA records. "Number The Brave" is another great overlooked album!
